Fall River’s Dobby is a sweet and silly lovebug once he earns your trust
Meet Fall River Forever Paws Pet of the Week Dobby!
Dobby is a seven month old miniature pinscher mix that weighs about fifteen pounds. At this time, he would most likely do best as the only animal in the home, either in an adult only home or a home with older children (12+). He is INCREDIBLY fearful. He hasn’t been socialized much and is still relatively new to the world and he is, understandably, overwhelmed.
He is NOT the kind of little dog that you can just go and pick up without warning. You need to earn his trust first and that will happen on his terms and his terms only. It’s not a process that you can rush. He also seems to trust women far more easily than men.
Once he does trust you, though? He’s a completely different dog.
He’s sweet and silly and a complete and total goofball. He’s a little lovebug that likes to sit in your lap and play with his toys…but mostly sit in your lap. Given time and patience, Forever Paws is sure he’ll be like your typical puppy.
