Fall River’s Annabelle doesn’t have a mean bone in her body but is up for adoption again

Through no fault of her own, Fall River Forever Paws Pet of the Week Annabelle is up for adoption again.
Annabelle is a seven-year-old pug mix weighing in at about 29 lbs. She is a little on the chunky side so could stand to lose a few pounds which shouldn’t be much of an issue because this girl LOVES to walk. It doesn’t matter how cold it is, how hard the wind is blowing, how icy the ground is, she just wants to walk. She’ll get a good bouncy little trot going but, for the most part, that’s as high as her speedometer will go.
There’s not a mean bone in this girl’s body but she’s suddenly found her voice and now has A LOT to say. She’s opinionated and, dang it, she will be heard! Since she’s so outspoken, shared walls may not be the best environment for her unless you have really tolerant neighbors that don’t mind being shouted at by a sentient loaded baked potato. Again, there’s not a mean bone in her body, but she would probably do best as your one and only, the center of your universe, your little princess, the love of your life…etc.
Annabelle does have a slight heart murmur that any potential adopters should be aware of. It’s causing her no issues right now, but MAY require specialist visits/medications down the line. She has a benign growth on her eyelid that, again, isn’t causing her any issues – and Forever Paws has been giving her eye drops/eye ointment twice a day to prevent any irritation (and she’s SO GOOD about letting them administer it).
This dog will make you laugh on your worst days. Having a bad day? She’s like the sun breaking through storm clouds – bright and brilliant and warm. She’s the definition of a sour patch kid – she’ll greet you with a crooked smile and a wagging tail and then turn around and give you the most judgmental side eye you’ve ever seen. She’s got the biggest, most soulful, deep brown eyes that will just melt your heart every time you look at her. She can and will kick you out of your favorite seat to take it for herself. When you become her person, you will be her absolute everything.
