Fall River woman who went missing for over 24 hours after going for a walk on New Hampshire trail has been located

A Fall River woman who had been missing for over a day in difficult circumstances has been located, according to officials.

39-year-old Megan Kelley was found alive Sunday morning by hikers on a trail in the White Mountains area of New Hampshire.

According to family members and reports from media outlet NH News Now, Kelley was last seen around 6:45 a.m. Saturday, walking on Pinkham B Road in Gorham, New Hampshire, after leaving the Dolly Copp Campground.

She was described as 5’9″ and approximately 145 pounds, and was last seen wearing a grey fitted dress.

An update was posted just after 11:00 a.m. Sunday confirming that hikers located her on a trail. She was alive and being treated by paramedics. Family members were en route to the hospital.

New Hampshire State Police had been seeking information on her whereabouts earlier in the day.
