Fall River woman scores $1 million prize in Massachusetts instant game
A Fall River woman scored a nice chunk of change from a Massachusetts scratch ticket.
Carrie-Lynn Dallaire has won a $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “$1,000,000 Royal Gold” instant ticket game.
Dallaire chose the cash option for her prize and received a one-time payment of $650,000 (before taxes). She plans on putting a portion of her winnings toward the purchase of a car.
She bought her winning ticket at Red’s located at 1500 Brayton Avenue in Fall River. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for its sale of this ticket.
