Fall River teen set to represent USA Kickboxing in Chile after gold medal win

A local teen continues to make the Fall River area, and his country, proud.

19-year-old Diman graduate Aidan Lambert, who is an accomplished amateur kickboxer training at Gillett’s Mixed Martial Arts in Tiverton, recently took home the gold medal in the Adult K-1 Advanced Division at the 2026 WAKO Kickboxing National Championship in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Building on his success from 2024 and 2025, when he also won gold at the USA National Championships, Lambert took the top spot after several wins in the tournament including a 2nd round TKO.

After previously being part of Team USA twice at the WAKO World Championships in Budapest, Hungary, he now has the opportunity to represent our country in Chile.

As if those accolades weren’t enough, Lambert was recognized last year by U.S. Rep. for Massachusetts, Jake Auchincloss, and State Senator Michael Rodrigues.

Lambert is not only talented, but a beloved member of the community known for his hard worker and dedication.
