Fall River store owner announces she is retiring; here is what’s next for her business
A Fall River store owner has announced she is hanging it up after serving Fall River area residents for several decades.
Nelly Silva has announced that after 46 years of running Nelly’s Boutique at 1376 Pleasant Street by herself, she will retire in 2025.
Despite the fact that she will miss all of her loyal customers who have become her friends, the business has been put up for sale and Silva states that she will train the buyer and show them all the ropes.
The asking price is $100,000 and involves the business and inventory only.
Nelly’s specializes in Christening and First Communion for boys and girls. They also carry special occasion clothing, women’s clothing and Portuguese gold.
