Charles Santos was found not guilty of Indecent Assault & Battery on a Person 14 or Over.
According to a police report, the victim had stated she had been staying at a sober house. The victim told officers that on the night of July 31, 2023, she was told by the director, Santos, to come into his apartment to get her medication. She stated that while she was in the apartment and waiting to get her medication, Santos grabbed her right breast over her shirt and said “wow, you have big ones”.
The jury Friday issued a not guilty verdict, ending the case.
