Fall River search warrant leads to multiple arrests on drug charges and outstanding warrants
Several people were arrested in Fall River after an issued search warrant.
According to police, on Thursday, Members of the Community Action & Suppression Team (C.A.S.T.) executed a search warrant at 169 Windsor Street. During the search warrant, a quantity of crack cocaine was located, and 56-year-old Michael Carmello was charged. Other individuals were also located within the residence, and it was discovered they all had outstanding warrants. 34-year-old Shauna Barry was summonsed for possession of Class B and C Drugs.
FRPD issued the following statement:
“This property has been a long-time nuisance to the neighborhood, and we have been monitoring it closely and working with City Code Enforcement to address the property and rid the neighborhood of this problem. We hope the efforts of our newly created CAST Team sends a message that we will not tolerate these types of properties to continue to bring nuisances to our city’s neighborhoods.”
