Fall River restaurant announces free buffet for homeless, autism/sensory hair cutting event
A Fall River restaurant is having its hand in two upcoming city events.
Christopher’s is having a free autism/sensory hair cutting event this Sunday July 21st from 10:00 a.m. to noon at Shear Genius at 1475 Plymouth Ave in Fall River. Appointments are available on the half hour and is a specially designed sensory event.
The eatery has also announced that they are doing a full Italian style buffet for the unhoused on Thursday July 25th at the Fall River Baptist Church on North Main starting at 4:30 p.m.
If you are interested in helping out, you contact the restaurant directly.
Christopher’s stated that the goal is providing full scale meals for people who need a little comfort for even a short time in hopes that they walk away knowing they are valued and respected.
