Fall River resident, burned out of fatal fire, in need of help
A fire that occurred in Brockton in October not only took a life, but has displaced residents of the home, including one who has relocated to Fall River.
According to Sharon Furtado of the Firefighter Wives Association, a woman was burned out of her apartment in a Brockton fire on 10/8/19. A fire which was fatal.
Furtado states the woman is now living in Fall River, but only has an air mattress on the floor. No dishes, no linens, no curtains and no other furniture. She reached out to Furtado last night asking for help.
If there is anyone who would be willing to donate household goods and food it would be appreciated by the party involved.
