Fall River resident arrested on stun gun charge
A Fall River woman was arrested by Rehoboth police Tuesday night and charged with possession of a stun gun.
Shortly after 7 p.m., a vehicle was stopped on Moulton Street. During the stop, it was discovered that Telecia Jean-Simon, 20, of Fall River, who was the driver of the vehicle, was in possession of a portable electronic device which is commonly referred to as a stun gun.
Bail was set at $5,040, and Jean-Simon was later transported to the Ash Street jail in New Bedford.
