Fall River Public Library announces activities for week of July 29 through August 2

Here are the upcoming library events for all ages for the week of July 29 through August 2. Also, please note that we have Bikes to Borrow and Passport Application Services at the library on a regular basis! We also offer online academic classes with Universal Class, art and craft classes with CreativeBug, and free access to eBooks, audiobooks, streaming music and movies, and research sources. Monday, July 29
Preschool Storytime, 11 a.m., South Branch. For kids.
Computer Class: Facebook, 2 p.m., South Branch. For adults.
Movie Night, 6 p.m., Main Library. Featuring Shazam!.
Dungeons & Dragons, 6 p.m., Main Library. For teens.

Tuesday, July 30
Preschool Storytime, South Branch, 11 a.m. For kids.
Teddy Bear Picnic, Main Library, 11 a.m. For kids and families; outdoors. Rain: Aug 2nd.
Tech Help Tuesdays, Main Library, 2-8 p.m. by appointment.
Computer Class: Facebook, 6 p.m., Main Library. For adults.

Wed., July 31
Movie Matinee, 1 p.m., Main Library. Featuring Shazam!
Build a Space Glider, 3 p.m., South Branch. For kids.
Family Movie, South Branch, 3:35 pm. Featuring Lilo & Stitch.
The Zen Zone, Main Library, 6 p.m. Tonight’s presentation will be a Gong Bath meditation featuring healing and relaxing vibrational music, led by A. Michelle. For adults.

Thurs., August 1
Play & Learn, Main Library, 10 a.m. For kids
Pinterest Club, Main Library, 6 p.m. For adults. Craft: rock painting.
Book Talk: The Trial of Lizzie Borden. Main Library, 6 p.m. Meet author Cara Robertson. Copies available for purchase and signing. Sponsored by Friends of the Fall River Public Library. For adults.

Friday, August 2
Dungeons & Dragons, South Branch, 1-4 p.m. For teens/young adults.

Saturday, August 3
Library is closed on Saturdays for the summer until after Labor Day.
