Cops sit in Pizza Time while the dirt bikes go racing up Pleasant Street, down Eastern Ave going the wrong way into traffic and through Lafayette Park. Usually the police are eating pizza on one end and two will be parked talking in the old CHF parking lot when this is happening.
The dirt bikes congregate in front of a couple businesses on Pleasant Street before the races. Sooner or later some poor motorist is going to hit one of them or the dirt bikes will hurt a pedestrian.
