Fall River Police looking for public’s help after man reportedly beaten and robbed
Police are looking for the public’s help after a man was reportedly beaten and robbed recently.
According to Fall River Police, on Saturday, November 19, at approximately 1:00 p.m., a gentleman was found outside of 1209 South Main Street with significant injuries to his head and face.
After speaking with the victim, officers discovered the victim had asked a male for a ride in exchange for $20.00. The victim reported that the man began to strike him multiple times. The victim then fell to the ground and was kicked.
The victim also reported the man had struck him with a small wooden bat and proceeded to steal his wallet containing various cards and $50.00. The victim could not recall where the entirety of the incident had occurred.
The identity of the male suspect is currently unknown.
