The Fall River Police Department is seeking public assistance in locating a missing and endangered
The Fall River Police Department is seeking public assistance in locating a missing and endangered adult male Richard Todd Fitts.
According to Fall River Police, Richard was last seen by his father John on June 8, 2018, when he dropped him off at the train station in Providence. Richard was in route to Dudley Square Boston, it is unknown whether he made it there or not. John Fitts has not seen or heard from Richard since that day. It is very unusual for Richard to not contact his father.
He is 6’0” 180 lbs with brown eyes and brown hair.
