Fall River Police issue warrants for two involved in assault and battery with dangerous weapon
Fall River Police are looking for two city residents concerning an Assault and Battery in the city.
On Tuesday, October 9th, 2018 at approximately 11:30 p.m., Fall River Police Department Uniform Division Officers were dispatched to 204 Rock Street. A 39-year-old Fall River resident was placed in an ambulance and transported to Charlton Memorial Hospital and then transferred to a Rhode Island Hospital for more advanced treatment.
The Fall River Police Departments Major Crimes Division, The Bristol County District Attorney’s Office and The Massachusetts State Police responded, conducted an investigation and as a result of that investigation are looking for:
Shannon Smith age 36 with a last known address of 204 Rock Street Fall River and Adam Levesque age 38 with a last known address of 1114 North Main Street Fall River.
Warrants have been issued for their arrest on charges of Assault and Battery by Means of a Dangerous Weapon.
