Fall River Police investigating shooting incident Monday

Fall River Police are currently on scene Monday concerning a victim being shot.

According to Detective John Robinson, at 3:51 p.m., FRPD officers responded to St. Anne’s Hospital in response to a 31-year-old male with a bullet wound to his arm.

Detectives and uniformed officers are currently responding to the Tremont Street area in a possible connection to this incident.

At this time the victim will be transferred to a R.I. Hospital for further treatment.

At this time it is an open and ongoing investigation.
