Fall River Police investigating Monday evening armed robbery
Fall River Police are investigating a Monday convenience store armed robbery.
According to Lieutenant Jay Huard at approximately 9:01 p.m., Officers responded to Speedway, 15 Eastern Avenue, in regards to an armed robbery.
Officers spoke with the clerk who reported that a black male entered the business masked, armed with a knife, and demanded money from the register.
The suspect took the money and fled the business.
The Major Crimes Division will be conducting a follow-up investigation.
