Fall River Police investigating armed robbery at Shell Gas Station
Fall River Police are investigating an armed robbery from Thursday.
According to Captain Barden Castro, at approximately 9:47 p.m., officers responded to Shell Gas Station, 815 New Boston Road, in regard to an armed robbery.
Upon arrival, Ofc. Tristin Costa spoke with the store clerk who reported that a masked white male entered the business armed with a handgun and demanded money.
The suspect was able to flee the business with an undetermined amount of money.
According to scanner transmissions, part of the cash register was found in the area of the rotary at Eastern Avenue.
