Fall River Police investigating after male pedestrian struck by vehicle
Fall River Police are investigating a late Friday afternoon pedestrian collision.
According to Det. Sergeant Matthew Mendes, at approximately 5:30 p.m., members of the Patrol Bureau responded to the intersection of Brayton Avenue and Aberdeen Street regarding a pedestrian who had been struck by a motorist.
The pedestrian was transported to an area trauma center and his condition has been reported as stable.
Due to the nature of the accident, the Accident Reconstruction Team responded to the scene.
Mendes stated that the incident remains under investigation at this time.
