Fall River Police investigating after 56 vehicles have tires slashed on several streets
Fall River Police are looking into incidents where dozens of vehicles had their tires slashed.
According to Det. Sergeant Moses Pereira, at approximately 6:15 a.m. on Wednesday, officers responded to the area of Mulberry Street and Division Street regarding a report of tire slashing.
Shortly thereafter, other officers were dispatched to the area of Ridge Street and Cottage Street regarding the same complaint.
In total, 56 vehicles had their tires slashed during the overnight hours.
Pereira stated that video surveillance in the area, captured a person of interest.
