In a ceremony on Friday, Chief Jeff Cardoza & Lieutenant J.T. Hoar welcomed the eleven newest police officers to the ranks of the Fall River Police Department.
According to the department, the officers just completed a 23 week program at the MPTC Randolph Facility.

FRPD states that this is one of the most diverse group of recruits in recent years coming from many different ethnicities and racial backgrounds.
“We are very proud of all of them and look forward to them serving our community.”
The new officers will begin administrative orientation and embark on a 12 week Field Training Orientation Program.

Congrats to the newest members of FRPD! Special shout out to Officer Pao! Went to HS with him, he will make a great Officer. He’s been a great influence on the youth and community. Pretty cool that Sgt. Mendes was able to pin him! Stay Safe Guys/Gals!
