Fall River Police Department asking for public’s help to catch animal cruelty suspect
The Fall River Police Department is asking for the public’s help to catch an animal cruelty suspect.
According to FRPD, Fall River Animal Control and the Fall River Police are attempting to locate the owner of the dog depicted in the photographs above. The dog was abandoned Sunday night on Ward Street. It is believed that the dog was dumped out of a black truck.
The dog is severely malnourished and has open wounds on its body which required emergency veterinarian care.
