Fall River Police charge 3 in continued crack down on off-road vehicles on city streets
Three in Fall River are facing charges concerning off-road vehicles on city streets.
According to Fall River Police, last night, the Special Operations Division, ATV Task Force lead by Sgt. Brandon Wixon continued their focus on the illegal operation of dirt bikes and ATVs.
As a result, two individuals will be facing criminal charges and a third, Jason Botelho, of Westport, was arrested and charged with multiple motor vehicle offenses to include negligent operation of a motor vehicle, attaching plates, uninsured motor vehicle, and recreational vehicle on a public way.
The other two facing charges were not named.
FRPD asks that if you have information about where these types of vehicles are being stored and/or the individuals who are illegally operating them, information can be provided anonymously by contacting their tip line at 508-672-TIPS (8477).

It’s a well known fact that the riders, owners and of course stealers of off-road vehicles have less brains than a head of cabbage.

The police do nothing. They sit in the awful pizza place on Pleasant Street or CHF parking lot while the dirtbikes and ATVs race right by.
