Multiple people were arrested after an incident in Fall River on Saturday evening.

According to Captain Barden Castro, Fall River Police Officers spoke with a man who reported that his nephew had just threatened him with a firearm.

The suspect, who was in a motor vehicle, was spotted by officers who conducted a motor vehicle stop in the area of Jefferson and Warren Streets across from Walmart.

The vehicle had 5 occupants who were removed while the investigation was conducted due to concern that a gun was in the SUV.

Three arrests were made as a result of the incident.

Because of the domestic relationship between the parties, officers were unable to provide further details due to Massachusetts law.
