Fall River Police arrest city man on several drug possession, trafficking charges
A Fall River man is facing several charges after an arrest by a newly formed team.
On Friday, The Community Action & Suppression Team executed a search warrant at an apartment at 100 Green Street.
The target of the investigation was Shane Battle.
As a result of the warrant, Detectives seized: $2,696 in cash, 72.2g of cocaine, 11 Suboxone strips, 10 glassine bags of fentanyl, 70 Diazepam .5mg pills, and 69 Diazepam 10mg pills.
Battle was charged with Trafficking Cocaine Over 36g (Subsequent Offense), Possession Class A (Fentanyl), Possession Class B (Suboxone), and Possession with Intent to Distribute Class C (Diazepam) .
