Fall River Police arrest 7 after juveniles accused of refusing to comply with verbal notice of trespass
Fall River Police made several arrests Wednesday after an incident this afternoon where all units were called to the scene.
According to Det. Sergeant Moses Pereira, at approximately 3:10 p.m., the Department received a call for service from CVS Pharmacy located at 1620 President Avenue, reporting that a large group of juveniles were causing a disturbance.
Upon arrival, the group of juveniles dispersed into the McDonald’s restaurant. Officers entered the restaurant to ensure that there were no additional disturbances inside the business.
Pereira stated that while inside, officers were informed by the management staff that the juveniles were not welcome to remain within the establishment due to the fighting behavior which had taken place prior to them entering the business. As officers communicated this to the juveniles, they became confrontational with officers and refused to comply with the verbal notice of trespass.
As officers attempted to make an arrest for trespassing, the group began to interfere with the arrest by crowding the officers and attempting to interject themselves. In total, 7 individuals were placed under arrest following the incident.
The Department will provide an increased presence in the area tomorrow to ensure no issues arise.

A particular sub-species of Hoodrat being released from Durfee frequently engages in ‘Wilding’ behavior when “school” lets out. Been happening since the $300 Million Money Pit opened (they also often damage the inside of the school)
Yesterday’s wilding was more robust because social media is driving BLM types in the USA into a frenzy regarding the Palestinian issue …. these high-school age savages don’t understand any issue but just take their cue off social media orders to get aggressive and they do.
