Fall River personnel respond to incident where man was stabbed multiple times

A man was stabbed in Fall River Friday night during an incident.

Just before 10:15 p.m. a call came into dispatch for a domestic where a male and a female were fighting on the 20 block of Platt Street.

Upon arrival, crews discovered a man with multiple stab wounds.

According to scanner transmissions, the female stated that she stabbed the man with a machete.

Police requested a rescue as soon as possible and transported the victim to a local hospital.

Due to the incident being a domestic, it is unclear if an arrest was made.
