Fall River non-profit dedicated to fighting hunger finds new home; here are the details

An organization that helps those in need in the Fall River area and beyond has found a new home.
Gates of Hope, a Fall River non-profit dedicated to fighting hunger and providing hope through serving God by helping others, has relocated to the rear of 311 Alden Street according to a statement released Monday.
“This would not have been possible without the assistance of Andrew Raposo, Principal of Espirito Santo School, and Father Gauvin of Espirito Santo Church. Everyone we have met has been most welcoming as we have been getting things ready to accommodate our reopening.
“So here are the details: Our new address is 311 Alden St. Rear. (Located in the building right behind Espirito Santos Church.)
“To access our location, you can either drive down Everett St. and drive into the church parking lot, or if school is letting out, you can drive down Choate St. (These are both dead-end streets, but Choate Street does not have a parking lot to turn around in.)
“The pantry will keep the “By Appointment” hours as before. (Tuesday through Friday between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm)
“We are “Blessed” and “Grateful” that God brought us to another location where we can Fight Hunger and Bring Hope to all those whom we have served these past 10 years!”
Gates of Hope previously resided at the Davol School on Flint Street before it was turned back to the city last year.
