Fall River nears 10,000 COVID-19 cases as deaths increase to 253

Fall River saw more cases of COVID-19 on Thursday.

According to the Mayor’s Office, 9,907 total cases of COVID-19 have been identified in Fall River, a 130 case increase reported since Wednesday.

The Fall River Health Department is in contact with the individuals who have tested positive as well as their contacts.

Deaths in Fall River contributed to COVID-19 increased to 253 as 3 new deaths were announced today. 2 new fatalities were reported on Wednesday. 2 deaths were announced on Tuesday. 6 fatalities were announced on Monday. 3 deaths were reported on Friday.

140 COVID-19 cases were reported on Friday. 468 cases were revealed for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. 129 COVID-19 cases were disclosed on Tuesday. Wednesday saw 91 new cases.
