Fall River medical marijuana dispensary set to open, information session scheduled, jobs available
Northeast Alternatives is getting ready to open as jobs have been posted and a public information session has been scheduled.
According to Rich Rosier, the information session will allow people to sign up early and find out about the location. You will also learn about the cultivation process, information about the use of medical marijuana, and the team they have assembled.
The session will be held in their parking lot at 999 William S. Canning Blvd on Saturday June 23rd from 1 to 5 p.m.

The facility could be open by the end of the month, but it is not set in stone just yet.
Northeast Alternatives will be one of several facilities in the city.
Xiphias Wellness, Inc. of 482 Globe Street Fall River will replace The Uke and Walko Bowlaway locations.
Hope, Heal, Health, Inc is converting 50,000 square feet in the former Border City Mills complex at 1 West St in Fall River.
CannaTech Medicinals Inc. is building a 50,000 square foot growing and processing facility near Amazon in the biopark along with a dispensary off of Hartwell Street in the city.
Both CannaTech and Hope, Heal, Health, are soon to open.
