Fall River man wanted for city murder, to be arraigned in Fall River Court Monday after extradition from Florida

Bristol County District Attorney Thomas Quinn III has announced that 32-year-old Kendrick Williams of Fall River who was arrested in Jacksonville, Florida, on November 26, 2025, in connection with the November 22, 2025, murder of Taiquan Teixeira in Fall River, will be arraigned Monday in the Fall River District Court on charges of Murder and Unlawful Carrying a Firearm. 

The defendant is also expected to appear in the Fall River Superior Court on a probation violation. 

The warrants are out of Bristol Superior Court Probation for Armed Home Invasion and Masked Armed Robbery with a Firearm (2 counts). The probation cases originated out of Plymouth County and were transferred to Bristol County for supervision.

The defendant has been held without bail in Florida.

According to records from the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, Williams was admitted into the jail on a Use or Possession With Intent to Use Drug Paraphernalia charge. He was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office.
