Fall River man on “Most Wanted” list captured on new charges thanks to tips
Fall River Police have arrested a city man on the “Most Wanted” list thanks to tips.
According to Detective John Robinson, on August 27th, Luisceito Cruz-Dubois, with a last known address of 603 Slade Street Fall River, was captured. Cruz-Dubois was wanted for charges including Home Invasion, Firearm-Armed and Masked Robbery, Carrying a Firearm without a LTC in Public, Assault and Battery with a Hypodermic Needle, Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon (Pistol Whip), Possession of a Class A Drug (Heroin), and Firearm Violation with 1 Prior Violent or Drug Offense.

FRPD Major Crimes Division Lead Detective Derek Beaulieu received a tip on the location of Cruz-Dubois and with the assistance of MCD Detectives, was able to locate and take him into custody without incident thanks to those tips.
Luisceito Cruz-Dubois was in possession of 1.9 grams of suspected Crack & 54 MDMA pills -17.2 grams when captured which added additional charges of 2 counts of Possession to Distribute a Class B Substance.
The MDMA or ecstacy found has the shape of cartoon characters.
