Fall River man knocked out and stabbed 13 times in Fall River

Fall River Police are investigating a stabbing that occurred overnight in the city.

According to WPRI 12, a 38 year old Fall River man suffered 13 puncture wounds and lacerations to various parts of his body.

The victim told police that when he was dropping off a friend in the area of Pleasant Street, the friend was confronted by two men near the corner of Campbell Street. When the victim went to see what was happening, he was hit in the back of the head by one of the men and then fell unconscious.

Around 6:30 a.m. this morning, the victim came to and noticed that he was bleeding.

The victim stated that he recalled picking up his friend at approximately 8:30 p.m. on Monday, but does’t remember when he dropped him off.

The victim described the suspects as two white males with thin builds, that are approximately 5′ 8″ tall, one of which was wearing a baseball cap.
