Fall River man held without bail in Fall River Superior Court on multiple drug trafficking charges

A Fall River man plead not guilty Friday to drug trafficking charges in Fall River Superior Court.
According to Fall River Police, The Community Action & Suppression Team (CAST) concluded an investigation into a drug distribution operation from an individual residing on Holden Street.
The address has been the subject of constant neighborhood complaints and prior police incidents.
Detective Lauren Fiola obtained a search warrant as part of the investigation.
51-year-old Edgardo Martinez was arrested and charged with Trafficking Cocaine over 200 grams and Trafficking Fentanyl over 10 grams.
At Friday’s arraignment, Martinez was held without bail pending the decision on his dangerousness hearing.
His next scheduled court appearance is a pretrial conference on June 9th.
