Fall River man held on rape charges
A Fall River man is currently being held on rape charges from an incident last week.
According to the Cape Cod Times, Ryan Waite, 38, pleaded not guilty Wednesday to rape; strangulation or suffocation resulting in serious bodily injury; and indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over.
The alleged incident took place in Sandwich on February 6th and he is currently being held until his dangerousness hearing on Tuesday.
No other details are currently available due to the nature of the charges levied.
