Fall River man held on bail after allegedly exposing himself in department store
Two at a Fall River department store allegedly caught some disturbing behavior.
According to Det. Sergeant Moses Pereira, 54-year-old Kenneth McCarthy is alleged to have exposed his genitalia inside of a department store on September 14th.
Two individuals reported that they observed this behavior inside of the store and immediately contacted the Fall River Police to report the incident.
McCarthy was arrested on Tuesday after investigators executed a search warrant at his residence.
He is charged with Felony Open & Gross Lewdness-Subsequent Offense.
At McCarthy’s arraignment, he pled not guilty and was held on $7,500 cash bail.
His next court appearance is a pretrial session scheduled for October 24th.
