Fall River man arrested on heroin trafficking charges
On Monday, March 12 at 9:03 p.m., Lakeville Officer Andrew Sederquist initiated a motor vehicle stop on Southworth St. As a result of the stop, two individuals were placed under arrest and 200 bags of heroin were seized as well as $2,421 in cash. A male operator and female passenger were both placed under arrest. Arrested were:
Nolan Atkins, 26 of 79 Hiram St. Fall River, MA
Charges:
Trafficking Heroin 36 Grams or More
Possession of Class A with Intent to Distribute
Possession of Class A substance
Chloe Gulick AGE 21 of 140 Crooked Ln. Lakeville, MA
Charges:
Possession of Class A substance
Outstanding Warrant-Wareham District Court
Both parties will be arraigned in Wareham District court on March 14th, 2018.
