Fall River man arrested by FRPD after BOLO issued out of Swansea
Police arrested a city man after a bolo was issued on Thursday.
Just after 3:00 p.m., a be on the lookout was issued by the Fall River Police Department concerning a Red Acura TSX out of Swansea that was headed towards Fall River.
It was stated that the driver was possibly armed and dangerous, according to Captain Jay Huard.
Fall River Police found the vehicle in question in the area of Pearce and Belmont Streets.
Police then subsequently took 19-year-old Jordan Benevides into custody.
According to Huard, Benevides was arrested on outstanding Swansea warrants and not new weapons charges.
