Fall River late-night shooting may not have been what it appears
Fall River Police are investigating an incident that took place just before midnight on Sunday.
According to Sergeant Moses Pereira, just after 11:45 p.m., a call came into dispatch concerning a resident reportedly hearing several “pops” in the 200 block of Tuttle Street.
Pereira stated that at this time it appears that the incident involved an airsoft gun not a firearm, and that additional information cannot be released at this time because investigators have additional leads to follow-up on.
