Fall River juvenile transported to trauma room after accidently shooting self with BB gun
A Fall River child was injured over the weekend in what appears to be an accident.
A call came in at just after 3:45 p.m. Sunday in Fall River for someone in a trauma room concerning a BB gun shooting earlier in the day.
According to Sergeant Moses Pereira, the incident involved an 11-year-old playing with a BB gun. The child accidentally discharged it and sustained a self-inflicted wound to the leg.
The condition of the juvenile is not currently known.
