Fall River hydrant flushing program set to begin

Get ready to check your water if you live in Fall River.

Beginning August 6th from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and ending September 14th, the City of Fall River Water Division will be conducting their semi-annual hydrant flushing program.

Residents may experience some temporary discoloration of their water during the hydrant flushing period.

As a precaution, please check your water before using.

The water division apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause, however it is a vital part of the annual water distribution system maintenance program.
