Custodian – Resource Lighting & Energy (Fall River)
Clean and maintain Spectrum facilities. Shift: 11am- 7pm M-F, some Saturdays
Essential Functions:
• Ensuring facilities are cleaned according to maintenance schedule
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, toilets, sinks, floors
• Sweep and mop floors, vacuum carpets
• Wipe mirrors and windows
• Ensure conference rooms are cleaned and neatened
• Empty cigarette urns
• Take out trash and recycling
• Locking up building
Required Skills:
• Familiar with handyman practices
• Can fix request quickly and professionally
• Good time management
Qualifications:
• Able to lift and carry at least 50lbs
• Good physical health and strength
• Knowledge of use of cleaning equipment and appliances
• Able to be on feet and moving around for hours at a time
Competencies:
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work independently
Experience:
• Custodial: 1 year (Preferred)
