Fall River goose hit with arrow captured

Good news as a goose who was spotted at Cook Pond with an arrow through it has been captured.
Fall River Animal Control sent out the following message.
“Thanks to the good folks at Mass Wildlife, the goose with the arrow, has been captured and is on his way to rehab. Special thanks to everyone who cared enough to contact us about this poor guy. It’s a good day today!!”

For the record that is a “bolt” which is fired from a crossbow not a bow.
