Fall River, Freetown, Somerset, Swansea, and Westport residents sought to be Auxiliary Officers
Deputy Police Chief Charles J. Cullen has announced a new training class and he is looking for a few good men and women.
The next volunteer Auxiliary Police Officer training class will be held in June of this year.
Requirements are:
That you are a U.S.A. citizen between the ages of 18 to 65
Resident of Fall River, Freetown, Somerset, Swansea, or Westport
No criminal felony record
Current Massachusetts driver’s license
Excellent health and physical fitness
Good moral character
High school graduate or general education equivalency certificate
Successfully complete a thorough background investigation and interview board.
Weekend availability is imperative and a minimum of 4 volunteer hours per week including a monthly meeting and training class is mandatory.
