Meet Fall River Forever Paws Pet of the Week Sirius!

Sirius is the scruffiest, handsomest man. Just look at that beard!

Sirius is a 1 year 8-month-old poodle mix weighing about 70lbs. He’s a big gentle giant and a bit of a shy guy at first before he really starts to blossom into the silly puppy that he is! He’s actually had to have happy tail surgery because his tail NEVER stops wagging and he was always smacking it on things in the process!

This guy is as sweet as can be. He’s always rubbing up and leaning against your legs and he loves scratches all down his neck and back, especially under his collar and harness! He’s not too bad on a leash although he is pretty strong so he can be a bit pull-y. He loves balls and stuffed animals, loves to socialize with people, and loves to be outside.

Sirius does well with other dogs as long as they’re down to play, play, play! He’s an excitable puppy when it comes to other dogs, so they’ll need to be able to either keep up with him or at least tolerate his exuberance. He would also most likely do well with dog-savvy cats. He would do best with kids 8+.
