Fall River Forever Paws Rainy was found soaking wet in the woods and deserves a home; donor has generously paid adoption fee

Meet Fall River Forever Paws Pet of the Week, Rainy!
Rainy has been at Forever Paws for about four months. His only fault? He’s got zero patience for other cats and he’s not a fan of dogs. People though? Oh, Rainy LOVES people.
Rainy came to FP as a stray after being found in the woods soaking wet and absolutely covered in ticks. Through it all, all of the poking and prodding and tick-pulling they had to do, he didn’t complain or swat once. He’s been the sweetest boy no matter what they’ve had to do with him, and he loves to chat up a storm and tell stories about his adventures in the woods.
This boy is about four years old and still has spurts of playful kitten energy where he wants to zoom around with a catnip toy or roll around with a jingly ball. He loves attention and will never say no to a scratch behind the ears or under the chin.
Rainy is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and has tested negative for FIV/FeLV.
Despite the fact that Rainy has to be the only animal in the home, your life will never be lacking in love or amusement with this guy around. He’ll more than make up for the lack of quantity with quality.
Rainy should be fine with older children so long as they know not to tug on tails or pull on whiskers.
A kind, generous soul has paid Rainy’s adoption fee in honor of her family member. When her family member passed away, his cat came to Forever Paws and was adopted very quickly. She said she would like to pay it forward by sponsoring another cat’s adoption fee, so they suggested Rainy because he’s been here the longest. She readily agreed.
