Fall River Forever Paws Petunia is a goofy, scruffy little gremlin that will be your best friend

Meet Fall River Forever Paws Pet of the Week Petunia!

If this isn’t an actual gremlin, they’re not sure what is.

Petunia is a three year old Brussels Griffon mix weighing in at about 14lbs. This little lady puts on a good show of being aloof and indifferent at first but melts like butter in no time at all.

Petunia is the perfect sort of dog for a single person or an older couple looking for a companion. She walks great on a leash and hardly pulls (if she even pulls at all). She’s a curious little girl and will start any meeting by thoroughly sniffing and investigating the surroundings before she approaches anyone to politely make their acquaintance. She accepts head pats pretty quickly but you need to work a little harder to get further than that or pick her up. Give her some time (and some snacks) and you’ll see a different side of her! Suddenly she’s all play bows and silly slaps and a big crooked smile!

Forever Paws is looking for an adult only home where Petunia can be the center of attention and the princess that she deserves to be. She has shown some mild possessiveness when it comes to toys and treats but you reeeeeeally have to push her and get on her nerves in order for her to react. Just to be safe, they would like for her to be an only child because apparently, she was never taught that sharing is caring.

Basically, if you want a goofy, scruffy little gremlin to share your space with and take on some bouncy walks, Petunia is your girl. She’ll be your best friend, the apple of your eye, and your ride or die
