Meet Fall River Forever Paws Pet of the Week Nacho!

Nacho is a broken chihuahua.

FP says he’s broken because he’s actually nice and not sassy and he doesn’t play favorites with people.

See? Broken.

Nacho is about seven years old and he appears to be a chihuahua/Jack Russell terrier mix. He’s a tiny guy at a little less than 9lbs. Usually it’s the tiny ones that you have to watch out for because what they lack in size, they make up for with attitude…but not Nacho. Never Nacho.

This little man is a ham. He LIVES for attention. His favorite place to be is in someone’s lap or, even better, going back and forth between multiple people’s laps! The pinnacle of nirvana for Nacho is sitting in someone’s lap while someone else feeds him treats. All he needs is someone else fanning him with a giant leaf.

Nacho does well with other dogs, especially other dogs his size. Other dogs tend to bring the bouncy, wiggly puppy out of him. He’s all big wags and play bows with other dogs…but he does not like cats. Not even a little bit, not even at all. Not even if they are small.

He loves playing with toys, going for a jaunty walk in the sunshine, and just hanging out with people. He’s lovely on a leash, mainly because he’s too small to do much damage regardless. Forever Paws would prefer a home with older kids (10+) but exceptions may be made for the right family with dog experience.
