Meet Fall River Forever Paws Pet of the Week Drew!

Drew is a five-year-old schnauzer/terrier mix weighing about 13lbs. He’s a sweet, scruffy little man that loves being around people. His tail is always wagging. His favorite toys are plush squeaky toys, and they’ll get him into playful bouncy mode but, really, he’d rather be with you or exploring.

He would do well in a home with cats, especially a cat that has no problem enforcing its boundaries and protecting its personal space because Drew will DEFINITELY respect that. He’s a bit selective with other dogs; he leans more towards small dogs because bigger dogs seem to intimidate him which, to be fair, if you were the size of a teddy bear, you’d be intimidated by things bigger than you, too. Forever Paws asks that any kids in the home be 12+ as he can be a bit nervous at first and we want to keep his stressors to a minimum.

Drew is an active little guy that likes his walks and likes to explore. He’s good on a leash but can be a bit pully when he gets excited, or he’s interested in something.
